Coaches who list themselves

We store what you give us when you list: name, photo, city, country, levels, specialties, certifications, languages, rate, availability and email. We use it to show your profile to clubs and to make introductions. You can edit or delete it from your dashboard at any time.

Profiles built from public data

Some profiles in the register are created before the coach signs up, from public sources: padel federation registers and coach directories. We use only professional data that is already public: name, club, city, country, certifying body and qualification level. We do not publish photos, contact details, exact rates or registration numbers on the public page.

The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): connecting certified coaches with the clubs looking for them. Every such profile states its origin and carries a link to claim it or request removal. Removal requests are handled within 48 hours and the profile is not recreated.

To claim, correct or object: email hello@padeluro.com or use the link on the profile itself. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).

Clubs

We store your email, club name and what you ask for in your requests, to find coaches and to alert you when a matching one joins. You can opt out of alerts from any email.

Cookies and processors

We use one language cookie and one session cookie. No advertising cookies. Data is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and email is sent with Resend.
